VICTORIAN VILLA REFURBISHMENT

A grand Victorian Villa which had been home to its previous owners for over forty years. We worked closely with our client to refresh the internal spaces whilst retaining the properties original character.

PROJECT STORY

A Grand Victorian Villa which was in need of modernisation to accommodate busy family life.

The most pivotal change to this project was the transformation of the kitchen and living space. Previously, the kitchen had been at the front of the house which was a dark space with low ceilings. Our client, who is a chef, wanted to reconfigure the space to make the most of the natural light that flooded through the feature arched window to the back. The result; a meticulously planned kitchen with spacious circulation, to allow for busy family life with an outlook onto beautiful landscaped gardens. A very inspiring room for creating beautiful dishes.
