VILLA SAPPHIRE - CROATIA

A new build property off plan where we were enlisted to provide a full design package both internally and externally. We provided the client with complete CGI renders and a full 360 tour to help envisage all the spaces and this proved invaluable to them.

PROJECT STORY

We visited site on the beautiful island of Brac, just off the coast of Croatia to immerse ourselves in the location. Overlooking the sea, the villa afforded beautiful views across the water to Split and whilst this was very much a seaside property, we took inspiration from the surrounding landscape using local stone and materials for our colour palette inside and out. Whilst the villa was designed to be suitable for the luxury holiday rental market, the space is primarily used as our clients second home complete with everyday essential spaces such as a home office and full equipped gymnasium.
